• Custom Text Input: If you use the "Custom Mood" feature, the text you enter is processed to generate a personalized recipe.

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve the App's functionality:

• To generate AI-powered cocktail recipes customized to your current context.
• To facilitate the discovery of local venues.
• To process voluntary donations.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. However, certain data is shared with trusted third-party service providers to enable specific features:

• Google Gemini API: Your mood, occasion, and custom text inputs are sent to Google's AI service to generate cocktail recommendations.
• OpenWeatherMap: Your location coordinates are sent to fetch local weather data.
• SerpApi (Google Search): Your location coordinates are used to search for nearby bars.
• Stripe: If you choose to donate in our Web App or Android App, payment processing is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your financial information.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

• Local Storage: Your personal tasting diary and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central server with user accounts.
• Data Deletion: You can delete individual diary entries or clear your app data directly within the App or via your device settings. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

5. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. All communication between the App and third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
